The LAGREE method is designed to get your heart rate up and keep you in the optimal fat burning zone. This targeted method is the key to a toned and stronger body. The method activates a significant afterburn.

The LAGREE method uses several principles, including Time-Under-Tension, EPOC (afterburn effect) and finally working with the endurance muscle fibers, which strengthen the body through calm and controlled movements.


LAGREE is an isokinetic workout, meaning the muscles work at an ultra-slow pace. Over time, an increasingly slower pace is encouraged.
