

Which class should I choose?
We offer three types of classes: Beginner 45, Classic Megaformer 45 and Advanced 50. Beginner 45: 45 minutes Our beginner classes are dominated by the Lagree 1.0 method, which is ultimately the most beginner-friendly exercises. We offer an intro trial with 3 classes at a great price, which is perfect to use if it's your first time, so the class and the machine are less intimidating.
