Which class should I choose?

We offer three types of classes: Beginner 45, Classic Megaformer 45 and Advanced 50.
Beginner 45:
45 minutes
Our beginner classes are dominated by the Lagree 1.0 method, which is ultimately the most beginner-friendly exercises.
We offer an intro trial with 3 classes at a great price, which is perfect to use if it's your first time, so the class and the machine are less intimidating.
We recommend that you start with Beginners 45 for the first 1–3 times. This will help you master your technique, form and the right pace without any stress in class.
Our Beginners 45 lasts 45 minutes, plus extra time that we set aside to explain the machine and exercises before we begin.
NOTE Beginner 45 and Classic Megaformer 45 are almost the same intensity, however the difference is that we set time and breaks so that the exercises and the machine are explained more thoroughly.
Classic megaformer 45:
45 minutes
Predominantly Lagree 1.0 method but with short frequencies of Lagree 2.0.
After about 2-3 classes you will be ready to move on to the Classic Megaformer 45.
Here, the instructor arranges the programs so that the exercises are performed back-to-back, and the intensity automatically increases, as you will have fewer breaks (less transition time) and maintain muscle tension for a longer period of time.
Advanced 50:
50 minutes
We only recommend Advanced once you have taken +8 to 10 “Classic Megaformer 45” classes, so that you are completely comfortable with both the exercises, pace and intensity.
Advanced 50 will focus on significantly slowing down the pace, the exercises are from upper-intermediate and up, and the class lasts 50 minutes.
Advanced 50 will mainly use the Lagree 2.0 method. To translate, the intensity will feel the same as your very first Megaformer class, however, it has become more fun to be in the exercises as we have improved.
Lagree doesn't get easier, you just get better!
